b) create a more just South Africa
c) become more efficient and improve business and governance structure

Thomas I would have to say 'B'.
Somehow all three apply. I find it one of the most contentious issues in the country. Transformation is so crucial and yet, how much has South Africa transformed? Often, debate about transformation is impossible - why?
Because there is a lot is at stake Thomas. That is as simple as one can put it. The more we want to see change the more we want things to stay the same. Transformation is painful,slow and hard.
