And now a breather

I was offered a permanent position. That was quite a relief. After all, all the studies and the extra-curricular activities bore some fruit. There are people who think I do valuable work, give me some recognition and are willing to trust me with employment.

Hi Thomas.
Congratulations for your new job. It’s really encouraging and motivating to discover that some people from the WOW group are able to secure permanent positions without passing through the internship. I hope you go and shine there as usual and rise as far as you could.
Best wishes.

Thomas, congratulations on your new job.
After all the hard work you've done so far, you deserve it.
However, do not relax too much. I guess it will become much harder from now on.
Would you like to tell us a little bit more about this job?

What a blast, congratulations on landing this job!

The interview must have gone way better than you thought, if the employer decided to go the distance and give you a permanent position - no test-drives, wow!

Go shine bro!

Perhaps I have an over-critical sense of things, especially myself. It is a research position on politics, economics and society. It looks I will become the 'expert' on education and I will also have to do media relations on these issues. Thanks for all the support and encouragement.

Adding my congratulations to the list! I think when we all get our first official salary checks we'll have to have a BIG party... I know I'm going to feel like Rockefeller- the first 'real' money that I've earned after a long time in student life!
